FREE Windshield Repair Disclaimer Repairs are free to you, the consumer, but not free of any charges. Repairs are billed to your insurance carrier. Most people, whether they are aware of it or not, are covered for windshield repair without a deductible and without their premiums increasing. However, it is up to the recipient of a free windshield repair to confirm with your insurance agent all details about their insurance policies. We are not responsible for any actions by an insurance carrier that may adversely affect any insurance policy due to a windshield repair insurance claim. If you are unsure about your insurance carriers policies, ask your insurance agent. If you are not covered by insurance, we can repair your windshield at a fair price. Some insurance companies require you pay for the repair and then they will reimburse you.

The windshield repair process is designed to prevent the spread of damage from the initial point of impact. Windshield Medic, LLC guarantees the visual appearance of every windshield repair and is committed to your 100% satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the result of the repair process, Windshield Medic, LLC will credit the cost of the windshield repair toward a windshield replacement for as long as you own the vehicle and you carry the same insurance policy (insurance stipulation is not required for cash repairs.) The credit will be issued to the party that was responsible for the initial payment. In the event your deductible was waived for the windshield repair, you will be required to pay any applicable deductible for a windshield replacement. While further cracking of a windshield during a repair is extremely rare, it can happen. Windshield Medic, LLC will not be held responsible for any costs incurred due to further breakage. In case of further breakage during the repair process Windshield Medic, LLC will not submit a claim for the repair or charge a cash fee for non-insured repairs. Some damaged windshields can not be repaired. If we are unsuccessful in repairing a windshield, Windshield Medic, LLC will not submit a claim for the repair or charge a cash fee for non-insured repairs. We are not responsible for any lost of stolen property form your vehicle. Please remove all valuables from the vehicle prior to our repair or estimate. We do require that you allow us access to the inside of your vehicle during the repair process. We are not responsible for locking your vehicle for you when we are finished with our work. |
